Marinate a pork loin 4 - 6 hours then grill or bake.
Marinate, if time allows, any type of pork ribs then grill the ribs and slather the sauce on as the ribs slowly cook.

Appetizers
Over Cream Cheese - Pour BSES over a block of Cream Cheese and serve with your favorite Hors d'oeuvre crackers. My favorite cracker for this is the Toasted – Butter Crisp. Variation: Use Brie instead of Cream Cheese.
Meatballs in BSES Sauce - Make or buy your favorite appetizer meatballs. Cook & drain if desired. Add BSES till meatballs are well covered and heat. Keep warm ‘til gone (which won’t be very long!) P.S. I have used prepackaged meatballs, buffalo meatballs, and homemade Swedish meatballs with BSES. All are delicious.
BSES Shrimp Cocktail - Use BSES as cocktail sauce for cooked & chilled shrimp.
Marinated Filet - Marinate a beef tenderloin 20 minutes - 1 hour. Cook to a medium rare. Slice razor thin. Serve with party bread and additional sauce.
